Earn Money From Pork

Have you ever wanted to make money through pork without having to do a thing? You know. Like how some people buy confinement hog barns and have a contractor run them so they never have to do a thing and still get a cut from their hog confinement operation.

This is a very bright way for an investor or anyone, for that matter, to make money from livestock without having to do a thing.

Here in iowa I have lots of pigs. About 32 sows and piglets all over. But I don't own all of them. I have an investor that I had found over the web. He is a cattle farmer out of Missouri who likes to make money as many ways as he can, kind of like me. Only I'm big into animal care and what not. Anyway. I offered him a program we he pays for feed and I farrow all of his sows for him. I then sell the piglets and I get a percentage for housing them and raising them. And for taking care of all of the sales. He literally doesn't have to do a thing. Witch is good. This is what I offer to any investor that comes my way. I say "As long as you can pay for feed, we're covered". I can wait for my cut till after I sell all the piglets. I take care of all finances and bookings as well. I do this program so I can help my farm expand! I would like to have 1,000 finisher pigs per turn one day! All of them out in the range with port-a-huts! It would be an amazing sight! And if I can make people money and help my farm expand all in one shot, then i'm all in!

Our farm offers a program that we just started this year. We offer multiple programs that all get to the same point. Profit for the investor. Take a look below to check out what programs we have to offer.

Finisher Pig Program:
The finisher pig program consists of you (the investor) purchasing feeder pigs from us at $40 dollars a pig set rate. Each pig takes 1,100 pound of feed to get to finisher pigs weight (250lbs or more). At current feed prices of $3.75 dollars per bushel, that would be $70 dollars per pig for feed to finish them.

So lets say you invest in 10 pigs. It cost $110 per pig for the total investment. Witch is $1,100 dollars total.

After we raise the pigs we sell them for no less then $150 dollars a pig live. Witch would be the "break-even" for the investor since the investor will owe the farmer (me/Jon) $40 per hog raised for housing, raising, and selling them. And for keeping track of all finances in between. Most of the time when we sell pigs live they go for no less then $200 dollars. So if we got all 10 sold at $200 a piece, then thats $500 profit for you, and your initial investment money back. Then, after that, you could take your profit and your initial investment money and come back and get MORE pigs to finish out.

This is a truly awesome process and I have taken time and money to get contracts wrote up to ensure that everyone is safe and ensured to get their money back in most cases if anything goes wrong. Also If you have ANY questions please don't hesitate to call me (Jon) at 641-373-4579 and I will answer all of them as good as I can for you!
